Presale Start 2022

Now it's really getting started! Our advance ticket sales start today. That means: From now on you can get tickets for our exciting film programme. Either online here or directly on site in Mannheim and Heidelberg. The addresses and opening hours of our advance booking offices are as follows:

In Mannheim:
From 03-16 November in the BuGa container at Plankenkopf near the water tower, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00.
Subsequently, from 17 November, daily from 10:00 a.m. at the Stadthaus, N1.

In Heidelberg:
From 03-25 Nov at Montpellierhaus (Maison de Montpellier), Kettengasse 19, 69117 Heidelberg, Mondays to Thursdays from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00 and Fridays from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.

In addition, there will be daytime and evening box offices during the festival from 17 to 27 November at the Stadthaus in Mannheim and at the festival venues, our cinemas in both cities. The box office will open 30 minutes before the first afternoon or evening screening of the day. Tickets will go on sale at the Stadthaus on 17 November and at the box offices on 18 November. For the first time this year, you will also be able to buy tickets for films in other cinemas at all box offices.
