European Film Awards 2024

Award-winning films: Congratulations to Jacques Audiard and Gints Zilbalodis

Two films that were also part of our programme at the 73rd IFFMH were awarded the European Film Awards 2024. The musical drama ›Emilia Pérez‹ by French director and screenwriter Jacques Audiard received five awards: Best Film, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Screenplay and Best Editing. ›Flow‹, a moving story about a small cat that tries to fight the floods with other animals by filmmaker Gints Zilbalodis, was honoured as best animated film. The film was shown in our programme at the Young Film Festival. Congratulations to all the winners!
